Edwards picks up a Big 12 offer

The cliché is almost as old as the game itself: it all starts up front. Ask any college coach and they can assure you that without a serviceable offensive line, you could be in for a long season. Texas Tech doesn't put up jaw-dropping numbers on offense with skill players alone and so every year brings a new search for the state's best talent to protect the next national passing leader. The Red Raiders aren't the only team interested in the Brownsboro product, however. Edwards has amassed a pretty steady list of offers so far. So much so that he had trouble naming them all.

Arizona, Baylor, Kansas, Oklahoma State, Ole Miss, and Purdue are just some of the other offers that Edwards has picked up. So far he has visited Oklahoma State and Texas A&M and yet another visit is planned for the near future.
