Matha has interest in Michigan

Michigan lost out on the Josh Oglesby sweepstakes when the No. 3 prospect in the country committed to Wisconsin at the end of April. The offensive tackle position is still one of need for the Wolverines in the class of 2007, though.

It is not a strong year at that position nationwide, but that is why events like the NIKE Camp help coaches identify players like Erie (Pa.) McDowell's Dan Matha.

The 6-7, 310-pound Matha had offers from West Virginia, Pitt and Maryland heading into Saturday's NIKE Camp in State College, Pa., but after his performance, there should be a lot more schools looking to add him to their rosters.
