Black looking at Scarlet and Gray

Lakeland, Fla. cornerback Ahmad Black has been used to winning in his time with the Dreadnaughts, so the fact that he's being chased by some of the top college programs in the country should come as no surprise.

The 5-11, 178-pounder has helped Lakeland to consecutive state titles and sees no reason why it can't go for a threepeat.

Black holds offers from Florida State, Alabama, Clemson, LSU, Nebraska and Ohio State, to name a few, but likely won't make any kind of decision until after his season is completed.

Black, who made 75 stops and picked off six passes as a junior, has seen Mississippi, Florida and Florida State unofficially but claims no leader.
