Georgia DL names his leader

Dawsonville, Ga., Dawson County defensive lineman Logan Walls has picked up some momentum in recruiting over the past few weeks.

He is moving closer to double digits in scholarship offers and his most recent offer came in from the University of Georgia.

"I have offers from Arkansas, Hawaii, Georgia, Georgia Tech, BYU, Kentucky, and somebody else right now," said Walls. "I think I have seven offers, but I can't remember the last one."

BYU was the first program to offer Walls shortly after signing day, and the home state Bulldogs extended an offer to him just last week.

"Georgia offered me last Wednesday, I think it was," he said. "I was talking to Coach Jancek and he told me that Georgia wanted to offer me a scholarship."
