Schwarzkopf getting looks at DE

Chamblee's Nicolai Schwarzkopf thought schools would be interested in him as a tight end — they are — but more coaches are starting to talk to him about playing defensive end.

"There have been a bunch of coaches at our spring practices," Schwarzkopf said. "I've introduced myself to a lot of them. A few schools are real interested. Tulane said they were, Ball State and a few other ones. They all want to see me at camps this summer. Also, develop as a defensive end. I've been recruited as a tight end so far, but Georgia Tech said they were pretty interested in me as a defensive end. A few other schools have said that too. I've started both ways since sophomore year."

Tech's Brian Jean-Mary is recruiting Schwarzkopf for the Jackets. He attended Tech's spring scrimmage back on April 15.
