Hemingway writes his own ticket

During his junior season, wide receiver Junior Hemingway of Conway, S.C., hauled in 54 passes for 842 yards and scored 10 touchdowns.

The 6-foot-2, 205-pounder used his 4.5 speed and strength to create match-up problems for smaller or slower defenders.

College coaches don't have a hard time projecting Hemmingway's skills to the next level.

"I use my size for the deep ball and fade routes," he said. "I use my strength for the short routes."

Hemmingway's impressive junior season helped him already earn 22 scholarship offers and interest from several other top college programs. So far he holds offers from Auburn, Clemson, Florida State, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State and several others.
