Independence OL gets first offers
Nestled in the small town of Independence in northeast Mississippi is perhaps one of the biggest prospects in the Magnolia State for the class of 2007 and at 6-foot-3 and 270 pounds, schools have started to take notice.
Two schools have extended offers to offensive lineman Quentin Saulsberry, but is he holding out for a third? Who is already on board and who is he waiting on?
"I have been hearing from Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Memphis, Arkansas State and Alabama; those are the teams I have been basically hearing from," he said. "I have been receiving letters from a lot of other colleges.
"The only offers I have received right now are Mississippi State and I received one from Memphis, but it was verbal. Those are the only ones I have right now.
