Alabama defensive end visits Clemson Tuesday

Over a month ago Clemson extended an offer to Mountain Brook, Ala., defensive lineman Drew Traylor.


On Monday, the 6-foot-5, 225-pounder arrived in Clemson with his family. Following the overnighter the Traylor family was on campus Tuesday just before the 10 a.m. hour.


"We met with coach (Dabo) Swinney, and we talked about the history and tradition of the school. I met some of the players, and all in all I'd say it was a very busy day," Traylor told Tigerillustrated.com in a Tuesday night interview.


The Traylor family had lunch with Swinney, who brought his wife and three sons.
