Elite RB looking at Tide

Perhaps no offensive player is hotter in the South right now that Mosley running back Enrique Davis who continues to pile up offers after his impressive Nike camp showing and strong junior season. Alabama is one of the most recent schools to throw their hat in the ring but other national programs are soon to follow.

"Coach (Bob) Connelly and I talked a few days before the offer and he told me the staff watched my film and loved it. He said they hadn't planned to take a running back but I was too good to pass up," Davis said. "He texted me a few days later and then I received the written offer in the mail. That was cool because it happened so fast. Alabama had been recruiting me for a while and I was already interested. The offer helps them out.

"Georgia offered me last week as well. I talked to the coaching staff at Tennessee and they said they haven't offered any backs but they are about to offer me. They are looking at three and only taking one in this class. Florida is saying the same thing about an offer. That one should be coming soon."
