Langley has a top five

With more than two-thirds of the 2006 Syracuse recruiting class hailing from the offensive side of the ball, including nine big-bodied linemen, it seems as if coach Greg Robinson and the Syracuse staff are focusing in on rebuilding the Orange defense in 2007. All four of the current commitments will play on the defensive side of the ball when they arrive and it seems the Orange have many more lined up. One player SU is focusing in on is defensive tackle Donald Langley.

The 6-foot-2, 270-pound defensive standout from Germantown (Md.) Seneca Valley has turned many heads while leading the Eagles to a 19-4 mark over the past two years. In 2005, Langley tallied 48 tackles and four sacks en route to second team All-State honors.
The notoriety from this past season is paying off now for the upcoming fifth-year senior as he has picked up nine offers over the past two months.

Major programs such as Notre Dame and Oklahoma are among those showing interest.
