Edenfield is hitting the summer camp circuit

The summer camp circuit is in full swing as players move from one college campus to the next. Despite an injury, one player who will stay busy camping is Jacksonville, Fla., Bartram Trail offensive lineman Thomas Edenfield.


The 6-foot-6, 290-pounder has picked up several offers recently including one from the Gators, who was the first to offer. He just happened to attend his first camp this past week in Gainesville.


"The first day I did pretty well. The first practice of the second day we were doing one-on-one drills and I broke my finger. So I was out pretty much the rest of the camp. I went without pads, helmet only through the drills after that. I still got to work with the coaches, but not much contact."
