Campbell impresses at camps

Linebacker/fullback Jordan Campbell (5-11, 235, 4.7) from Norco, Calif., has been busy on the camp circuit. He attended USC's camp this past weekend (June 10 & 11) and Arizona State the weekend before that.

Campbell was able to show off his versatility at the USC camp working out at both linebacker and fullback. He must of impressed somebody with his performance because USC invited Campbell to come back the next day to work out as a defensive end.

"(USC assistant) Coach David Watson told me there is so much that I can do that there is no limit," Campbell said. "They want to see what I can do against the big boys."

"Everything at the USC Camp was fast pace," Campbell said. "You are always on the hop. Even the adrenalin rush is very high."

Campbell did a solid job at the defensive end position.
