Ball sees his recruitment change

Fayetteville, Ark., tight end fullback Ben Ball went into the early evaluation period with two offers, and while that remains the same, where they want him to play has changed a little. One school has remained consistent, while after a recent commitment, the other school has changed their stance. Where do these schools want him to play and what affect will that have on his decision?

"I had offers from Mississippi State and Tulsa, and nothing's changed there," he said. "After Ethan (Stockett) committed to Mississippi State as a fullback, Mississippi State started recruiting me as a tight end, so they want me to play tight end again. Tulsa is looking at me strictly as an h-back/tight end."

Does the new news change things?

"I don't mind really," he said. "I like tight end a lot. I mean I like my versatility really. I can do a lot of things. If they want me to play fullback then I will lead block, but I can play tight end and make the fence too."
