Is Wilson still on his way to Manhattan?

Garden City (Kan.) Community College wide receiver Cedric Wilson signed with Kansas State out of high school. The standout athlete was recruited by the Wildcats and signed again after redshirting at Garden City in the 2004 season and playing for the Broncbusters last fall.

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound Wilson is a native of Fort Pierce, Fla., where he starred as a cornerback and wide receiver.

Wilson chose the Wildcats over scholarship offers from Iowa State and Pittsburgh and is nearing his arrival in the Little Apple in time for the 2006 season.
