OSU to make first cut for Florida WR
The Buckeyes have had a knack for pulling talented wide receivers from the state of Florida, so it's no surprise that they are looking at Leonard Hankerson to continue that trend.
Ohio State has landed Michael Jenkins from Tampa and Santonio Holmes and Albert Dukes from Belle Glade in recent years. But now head coach Jim Tressel is turning his sights one hour south to Fort Lauderdale's St. Thomas Aquinas High School, where Hankerson pulled down 31 catches for 608 yards and 14 touchdowns during his junior season.
Hankerson has offers from nearly 20 schools but plans on narrowing his list down to seven by the time his senior season starts.
