Hankerson has been working with the best
Although Fort Lauderdale, Fla., St. Thomas Aquinas wide receiver Leonard Hankerson has foregone the opportunity to attend college summer camps, that doesn't mean he hasn't been getting professional advice and training on how to become a better receiver.
The 6-foot-2, 185-pound prospect has been receiving instruction from one of pro football's best ever.
"No I haven't been to any camps. I don't think I'll be going to any," said Hankerson. "We're working out here at school and I go to Chris Carter's camp on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. It's good for trying to improve speed. Coach Carter also talks about how we should handle recruiting to be able to put it to the side to focus on football."
