Guyton has three on top
Homestead (Fla.) wide receiver A'Jami Guyton currently has three teams out in front and is seeing increased interest from a number of college programs.
"My top three right now are Alabama, Miami (Fla.) and Michigan State," Guyton said. "In no order."
The 5-foot-10, Guyton picked up a scholarship from the Hurricanes after attending Miami's three-day camp.
"That was great," he said. "I attended the camp and I attended as a wide receiver. Coach Larry Coker, coach Marquis Mosely and coach Todd Berry all were talking to me about how good I did.
"The next dad, I talked with them and they offered me a scholarship."
So did that offer mean that the Homestead standout, who does conditioning drills each day with former Canes linebacker Michael Barrow was without a doubt heading for UM?
"It doesn't matter if I head out of state to play," Guyton said. "I am planning on taking all five of my official visits before making my decision and then deciding before then."
Alabama assistant David Turner has been working Guyton for the Crimson Tide.
"I think Alabama is kind of getting into the mix," Guyton said. "They are a great school and a prestigious program. I have been in touch with coach Turner and he is a great guy. They are sending me a lot of mail about their facilities and I have been very impressed."
