Holloway favors three

Orlando, Fla., Lake Highland Prep three-star offensive lineman Maurice Holloway is ranked as the Sunshine State's No. 75 prospect overall, and is a player who could see his stock rise with a big senior season.

"NC State has offered me, and I think South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia Tech are close to offering me, too," the 6-foot-6, 320-pound Holloway said. "I also like Alabama, Auburn, and Mississippi State."

Holloway, who bench presses 420 pounds, loves what South Carolina has to offer.

"Playing for Steve Spurrier would just be like a dream come true for me," he said. "I've loved him since I was a kid. Coach (John) Hunt and me stay in contact with each other on a weekly basis. I think they are going to offer me real soon."

Holloway, who missed about half his junior season due to injury, visited Alabama this summer and liked what he found.
