Yakaboski likes everything about Dawgs

Although still waiting to take his SATs, Brandon Yakaboski has scored a place on the radar of many college programs across the country. "I'm hearing from Washington, both Oregon schools, Utah, Illinois, California and Montana, I'm still waiting to hear from others after I take my SATs.

SATs or not, it's the Saturday shopping list for talent that's garnered plenty of interest for the running back, according to one proud father.

"Oregon State is pushing real hard and so are the Ducks; we're pretty much in a situation where we like all those top ten schools. When someone offers him, we don't want to play the leverage game. The first one that comes with the offer could be the one he's going to, said Mario Yakaboski.

"Obviously UW would be great because they're local. Anytime you're blessed to play at the next level and be able to represent your local university, any good athlete is going to have a fan base in the state he plays in. If he goes to Oregon they don't really know him, you would lose that part of it, of course UW has great academic programs and they have a wonderful program."
