Michigan top four for Still

Rivals.com ranked the top prospects in the state of Delaware this year for the first time. In 2004, they ranked the top 10 players in the New England area, counting states like Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts, but no player from Delaware was listed.

The Blue Hen State is not known historically known for producing top talent, but Wilmington Howard defensive end Devon Still is looking to change that.

The 6-6, 251-pound Still is rated four stars by Rivals.com and the No. 9 strongside defensive end in the country. He has offers from some of the top football programs in the country and is listing a top four of Penn State, Miami, Ohio State and Michigan.
