Williams down to two; decision looming

B.C. Rain defensive back Ryan Williams is considered to be one of the top boundary corners in the South and his list of offers back that up. Williams, 5-foot-11, 182-pounds, has over 15 offers and has narrowed his list to his two favorites with a decision on the horizon.

"It's down to Alabama and Auburn. I'm very close to a decision. The other schools that offered were good options but Alabama and Auburn is where my heart is and that have everything I'm looking for in a school," Williams said. "I'm going to re-visit each of them to help me see which one is best for me. Right now they are neck-and-neck. I'm going to Auburn on August 5th and Alabama on August 12th.

"I'm planning on announcing September 1st at my schools pep rally before our first game against Daphne. I'm not sure what I'm going to do now because they are both great schools but I'm going to have to make a decision. This last visit will be big for both schools and I'm looking forward to it."

Williams indicated that the biggest factor so far for Alabama is his relationship with the current Tide secondary.
