Baylor goes JUCO

Don't look now but Baylor has struck again on the recruiting front.

Baylor has been busy on the high school ranks, and Friday evening they hit paydirt in the Junior College ranks when New Mexico Military Institute cornerback Vincent Butler (5-11, 185, 4.4) committed to Baylor over offers from New Mexico and New Mexico State

Butler, who will have three years to play two at Baylor, grew up in Mesquite, Texas, and played football and ran track at North Mesquite High.

He had offers from Kansas, Kansas State, Louisiana-Lafayette, and others out of high school, but saw those opportunities fall away as signing day approached his senior season.
