Virginia plays host to 2008 standout Braswell
The Virginia basketball program has been actively working on its recruiting efforts in the class of 2008, and guards have been a particular focus to this point. But the Cavaliers entertained one of the top frontcourt performers in the nation Saturday, as Chris Braswell, a 6-foot-9, 225-pound forward from storied DeMatha High School, took an unofficial visit to UVa over the weekend. He gave CavsCorner an exclusive update on the visit.
"It was great to go down there and get to experience the atmosphere and find out more about the academics," Braswell said. "I also got a chance to see the new basketball facility and it was great. I also went to the football game and got to go down on the field and walk around with the players. It was a good visit."
