Coming off a big 35-10 drubbing of North Carolina on the road, the Hokies are one of the hotter teams in the ACC. However, the offense has still struggled and much work is needed before the Hokies hit the teeth of their schedule. Here's a look at who's hot after two games.
Brandon Ore has been nearly the only bright spot for an otherwise anemic Hokie offense in the first two games. Ore has 283 total yards for a whopping 47% of the Hokie offense. He is the leading scorer in the ACC and has accounted for 5 of the 9 offensive touchdowns for Tech. While Ore's numbers are fantastic he is going to need some help from Sean Glennon and the highly touted VT wide receiver corp to keep defenses from keying on him as the season progresses.
