JUCO linebacker talks Spartan visit

Michigan State has done an outstanding job the last few seasons of addressing some pressing needs by recruiting the junior college ranks. The Spartans start three junior college players on defense and two others are in the two-deeps. This year they are looking for a linebacker that can come in and challenge for the starting spot that will vacate when David Herron graduates. The player the staff is focused on for that role is >Anthony Fein of Scottsdale Community College.

The 6-foot-3, 245-pound Fein arrived at Michigan State on Friday for his official visit. As Spartanmag.com had speculated would happen, Fein was officially offered while on his visit to East Lansing.

Arizona State is also showing interest in Fein.
