Jones will be back to Norman
College coaches are creatures of habit, they hit the states that are known talent producers when going on the recruiting trail. Whether they head to Texas, California, Florida, or any number of other states well known for producing top notch talent they go to those same states each and every year.
One place that will be a new addition for most every quarterback coach in the country this year is Artesia, N.M. to get a look at talented signal caller Landry Jones. The 6-foot-4, 205-pound Jones may already have handled the matter of getting the coaches to notice him.
Jones visited camps at USC, Tennessee, Texas Tech, Texas A&M, Texas, Notre Dame and Oklahoma. He recently visited Colorado and plans to visit UCLA soon.
