Four-star DE decommits, visits Colorado

After being verbally committed to Georgia since March, Conrad Obi decided he wanted to open the recruiting process back up. The 6-foot-4, 245-pounder from Loganville (Ga.) Grayson is ranked by Rivals.com as the nation's seventh best weakside defensive end from the Class of 2007.

Freshman defensive end Marquez Herrod served as Obi's player host for the weekend, while defensive line coach Romeo Bandison is responsible for his recruitment from the Buffaloes' staff.

Obi is currently undecided as to whether he will be taking any more trips. Prior to his commitment to Georgia, he also claimed offers from the likes of Florida, Alabama, Tennessee and Auburn.
