Sagesse is ready to head south

One of the most difficult needs for any college football team to fill in recruiting is the defensive tackle position. If coaches are willing to travel to update their passports and buy a parka a game ready tackle can be found in Montreal, Quebec. Renaldo Sagesse (6-foot-4, 320 pounds) has the size/speed combination that coaches would kill for and will also enter college with an extra year of seasoning because of the way the education system in Quebec is set up.

Surprisingly for a player the stature of Sagesse, he has received relatively little interest so far. He picked up one early offer and on other school has been in touch.

Minnesota and Illinois are showing the most interest. Illinois has offered.
