DC3 - The Ohio Express

The last time we caught up with Delone Carter, he was still fresh. He only had one game under his belt and was "still wet behind the ears". Almost six weeks later, things have changed. Carter is a main clog in the Orange offense.

"Everything is going in the right direction for me right now," says Carter. "If I just keep on the pace that I am right now things will get better."

A little more confidence in Carter's voice?

With the way he's played this season, he can talk that way. Voice a little higher, chin raised at level's length, the works.

Check the stat line for a second.

19 carries for 65 yards against Illinois.

11 carries, 80 yards against Miami (OH).

20 carries for 131 yards and 4 Td against Wyoming, does that do it for you?

That's just a taste of what Carter has done on the season. More importantly all three performances turned out to be Orange victories. For the season Carter has 76 carries for 362 yards, good for second place on the team.
