Douglass leads the D

The Leander Lions are 7-2 on the season and 6-0 in 14-5A. They have posted 250 points on the season thanks in large part to senior offensive standouts Josh McKinley and Curenski Gilleyen. The defense on the other hand has only given up 152 points on the season and an average of just over 17 points per district game.

A large part of Leander's success has been the play of defensive lineman and Baylor commitment Ryan Douglass. The 6-2, 210-pound lineman is having a solid season, but does not take credit for anything he's just doing what the coaches ask.
