California JUCO to visit
Ole Miss is looking for immediate help on the offensive line and the Rebel coaching staff is taking a national search approach on both the high school and junior college levels.
One junior college lineman that will take an official visit to Oxford over the Thanksgiving holiday is Mark Jean-Louis of Cerritos College (CA).
"I'm really interested in Ole Miss," Jean-Louis said. "They want me to come in and start at left guard right away. They are telling me that they need me a lot and that I can come in and play right away."
Jean-Louis currently has two official offers, both in the SEC with one from Ole Miss and the other from Kentucky.
The standout offensive guard has scheduled his official visit to Ole Miss on November 24 and the following week to Kentucky.
"I want to make a decision fairly quick," Jean-Louis said. "I will graduate in December so I need to decide where I'm going to go. I'm looking forward to the Ole Miss final game of the year; I understand it's a big rivalry game."
Jean-Louis, a 6-foot-2, 320-pound athlete that runs a 5.2 forty, has been impressed with Ole Miss offensive line coach Art Kehoe.
"I like his personality," Jean-Louis said. "Very upbeat, very good person and suppose to be one of the best offensive coaches in the country."
Other schools that are showing Jean-Louis interest include South Carolina and Tulsa.
