Ohio quarterback Clay Belton is likely going to take one of his official visits to Cincinnati. The 6-foot-5, 220-pounder plans to take four more trips amongst five offers. He has already made a visit to Kansas State last weekend
The Bearcats will be receiving an unofficial visit this weekend from defensive end Greg Meisner. The Greensburg (Pa.) Hempfield prospect is rumored to be favoring Kentucky, but a good trip could help improve Cincinnati's chances
Former Louisville commitment Brad Durham is considering an offer from Cincinnati. The news is better as Durham plans to take the process slow. Currently the Bearcats appear to be trailing Kentucky.

Connecticut had a huge few days recruiting adding three commitments in the past week. The verbals started with a commitment from Nashua (N.H.) Nashua Senior linebacker Kendall Reyes
That was followed up by commitments by two prospects from the Sunshine State along the defensive line. Parkland (Fla.) Stoneman Douglas defensive tackle Twyon Martin pledged to the Huskies after an official last weekend
Then Ponte Vedra (Fla.) Nease defensive end Danny Russell gave his pledge. The 6-foot-3, 235-pounder committed to Connecticut over offers from Louisville and Hawaii after an official over the weekend.

Louisville appeared very close to receiving a commitment from four-star defensive end Alex Cook just days ago. The Brenham (Texas) Blinn C.C. prospect still claims the Cardinals are his leader, but he's planning to head to Arkansas this weekend for an official visit
The Cardinals are in the top three for Florida tight end Mat Williams along with South Carolina and South Florida. The three-star prospect plans to take his visit to Louisville on December 15th
Homestead, Fla. safety Joseph Nicolas is looking at taking one of his three remaining official visits to Louisville. Nicolas has already been to Arizona State and is heading to Wisconsin next month.

Pittsburgh added a commitment this week from Charlotte (N.C.) Charlotte Country Day linebacker Max Gruder. The 6-foot-2, 227-pounder received an offer last month and selected the Panthers over other scholarships from Rice and Western Michigan
Pittsburgh has lined up an official visit from Florida running back Greg Williams. The 6-foot-2, 205-pounder plans to be in town on December 2nd. He's also planning visits to Florida and West Virginia
Pittsburgh is one of four teams vying for four-star running back Bo Williams final official visit along with Central Florida, Illinois and Louisville. He's been to NC State, Nebraska and has visits scheduled to Florida and Florida State.

The Scarlet Knights huge victory over Louisville last week impressed quite a few recruits including New Jersey's top prospect, offensive tackle Anthony Davis. The trip however didn't shake up who is at the top of his list as the 6-foot-5, 341-pounder maintains that Ohio State is still his leader. He does claim that Rutgers is holding strong in second
Although he has no leaders, offensive tackle Richard Muldrow has scheduled an official visit to Rutgers on December 15th. The 6-foot-6, 293-pounder also has a visit scheduled to West Virginia the week before and is looking at taking one to Penn State.

South Florida is in the top three for local tight end Mat Williams. The 6-foot-4, 225-pounder plans to visit all three of his favorites before deciding. He plans to go to South Florida on January 6th. Louisville and South Carolina are also in the mix
Wide receiver Larry Freeman out of Poplarville (Miss.) Pearl River C.C. is considering taking one of his official visits to South Florida. The Bulls only advantage is that he's from the area, but he seems to have no interest in heading home. South Carolina is his leader at this time. Freeman is also planning trips to Tennessee and Iowa State.

Syracuse is in the top five for four-star tight end Devonte Campbell. The 6-foot-1, 234-pounder plans to take visits to all his leaders in December and January. Other schools Campbell is considering are Georgia Tech, Illinois, Tennessee and Maryland. Currently there are no leaders amongst the schools
The Orangemen will likely be getting their last crack at Richmond (Va.) Varina defensive tackle Bud Tribbey. The 6-foot-0, 280-pounder plans to visit Syracuse this weekend on an official before making a decision soon after. Syracuse is battling it out with Virginia Tech for the lineman prospect.

Detroit (Mich.) Renaissance safety Derek Knight committed to West Virginia. The 6-foot-0, 192-pounder selected the Mountaineers over offers from Arizona State, Colorado, Illinois, Michigan State, Minnesota, Oregon, Purdue and Wisconsin
The Mountaineers are a leader for North Bergen, N.J. safety Evan Rodriguez after a visit to Morgantown last weekend. The 6-foot-2, 211-pounder claims he still wants to take trips to Pittsburgh and Rutgers before making a decision
The Mountaineers have an official visit scheduled with Naples (Fla.) Barron Collier running back Greg Williams on December 9th. West Virginia is one of five finalists for the three-star back.
