Simpson talks about Nevada trip; new ASU coach

Peoria High standout wide receiver T.J. Simpson verbally committed to Arizona State in June but elected to re-open his recruitment following the firing of Dirk Koetter. He visited Nevada officially over the weekend, and has subsequent trips planned to Oregon State and Oregon. spoke with Simpson about the Nevada trip and also got his thoughts on the impending hire of Dennis Erickson by the Sun Devils.

"It was good," Simpson said of his trip to Nevada. "It wasn't like I expected though. I just thought Reno was like a college town. I didn't know it was a big city. But it was fun trip. I liked it. They had nice facilities and a lot of good people there and it met my expectations."
