Smith turns focus to helping Ole Miss' class

Finally after months of waiting Isaiah Smith got a 48-hour taste of what it's like to be an Ole Miss athlete. The linebacker from Tennessee has stood firmly as one of Ole Miss' most outgoing commitments for some time and this weekend was his official visit to Oxford.

The anxious waiting and high expectations were more than fulfilled by his time in Oxford says Smith.

"It went real well. The food was really good. I like what Coach O and Coach Saunders had to say about the linebacker position," Smith said. "They only had six, two are walkons, two are really safeties. Really they only have two walkons, they really need this class to help them out at linebacker."
