Oglesby enjoying Shrine Bowl experience

SPARTANBURG, S.C. - Garner (N.C.) tailback Josh Oglesby looked sharp during the Tuesday morning practice for the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas, running the ball better than perhaps anyone else on the North Carolina roster.

Oglesby, who committed to Virginia Tech during the summer, may possibly open himself up to one other program, should they make an all-out effort for him prior to Signing Day.

That school is North Carolina, the alma mater of his father, Ike.

"That (UNC) is the only one I would consider at this point," said Oglesby following Tuesday's morning practice. "If they came on real strong (I may open back up), but it looks like they're winding down recruiting, so I doubt that will happen."
