Florida three star prospect decides
Miramar (FL) Everglades lineman Uriah Grant has spent the past year and a half receiving interest from some of the top schools in the Southeastern part of the United States. The 6-foot-1, 250-pound defensive tackle has impressed college scouts with his explosion off the line and his ability to find the ball quickly.
Grant told DeaconsIllustrated a few weeks ago that he was really considering making a decision soon and that Wake Forest was right at the top. After having the Christmas holidays to think it out he has made his decision. On Friday Grant made a verbal commitment to Wake Forest. Grant has been impressed with Jim Grobe and his program and what they have done the entire season. ""If you look at the program and see that they were picked to finish last in the ACC, and then they come as far as they have come, that's impressive," Grant said. They are a young program. I like the way they play defense and fly around the field."
