UVa bags No. 23
Virginia is working on one of its best recruiting classes of the Al Groh era, a group currently rated among the top 15 in the nation, according to Rivals.com.
UVa picked up 22 commitments during the 2006 calendar year, and it didn't take the Cavaliers long to ring the bell with commitment No. 23 in 2007. Come inside for all the latest on Virginia's most recent pledge.
Matt Conrath, the 6-foot-7, 250-pound lineman from Chicago St. Rita High School, informed UVa's coaches Tuesday night that he wanted to be a Cavalier.
"I committed to Virginia about and hour and a half ago," Conrath said. "I'm excited about it and feel both elation and relief."
