Recruiting Updates: QB Cadet, ATH Miller

The Bulls have an athletic quarterback already on their commitment list in the form of New Port Richey Gulf High's Alton Voss, but they remain in the market for a second for the class of 2007, and that could well wind up being Miami Central's Travaris Cadet.

Cadet will cap off a whirlwind week with an official visit to USF on Jan. 19. He spent last weekend at Toledo and was preparing for a mid-week trip to North Carolina when reached Monday evening.

Cadet was a Miami Herald first team All-Dade County selection following a superb senior season. He led Central to an 11-2 record, accounting for nearly 2,000 total yards. Cadet passed for 1,391 yards (78-148) and 13 touchdowns. He also ran for more than 450 yards and two scores.
