Shortly after the Sugar Bowl, Notre Dame head coach Charlie Weis hit the recruiting trail to find the top players in the country. He made a stop at New Jersey's Teaneck High School to check in on junior running back Rashad White.
White, a 5-foot-10, 157-pound speedster, already holds offers from Cincinnati, Syracuse and Rutgers. Interest has come in from several more programs, including Notre Dame, which ranks among White's favorites.
