2008 lineman lists BC in top five

The recruiting process is quickly becoming a 12-month affair. Just days after the signing date schools are already making inroads for their 2008 recruiting class. Westport (Conn.) offensive tackle Ryan Sedlacek, holds no offers, but is one junior prospect getting attention from top schools. Eagles' coaches are among those programs keeping up with the 6-foot-5, 295-pound lineman. But is the interest between The Heights and Sedlacek mutual?

"They're definitely in my top five," said the all-area, all-conference and all-state selection. "I've been on the campus, it's beautiful.

"I know Mike Siravo from his time at Temple and he's a really nice guy," he added. "Jeff Jagodzinski sent me a few letters and I was very impressed.
