Palmer one of the fastest juniors in the state

NC State appears to be looking for some speed in the Class of 2008, and one name that could be high on their list is Tobias Palmer, who may just be the fastest prospect in the state among juniors. The Wolfpacker spoke with Bill Hall, head coach and athletics director at Northwood High in Pittsboro, N.C., to learn more about Palmer.

"He's about 5-foot-10, 170 pounds," Hall said. "I've timed him at 4.25-seconds in the 40 [yard dash], but that was with a handheld stop watch.
