When Charles Burrell hits the camp circuit this spring, the standout from Detroit, Mich., won't try to prove he's a team player. College recruiters already know that after watching the 6-foot-2, 210-pound athlete take over the quarterback position for Southeastern High School last fall.
Considering Burrell wants to play wide receiver or free safety at the next level, spending his junior season throwing passes instead of catching them reveals a little something about the do-everything prospect. Burrell will stick under center this fall too, but he'll also get a shot in the defensive backfield.
