Magee interested in playing two sports

Corona (Calif.) Centennial outside linebacker Brandon Magee is known by college coaches around the country for his exploits on the gridiron, but he'd like to be known for his abilities on the baseball diamond as well. The 6-0, 220-pound Magee plays left field for Centennial's baseball team and hits with power from the plate, including in his game Wednesday night.

Centennial is eight games into their baseball season at this stage of the spring, but that doesn't mean football is very far away from his mind. Constant letters from college coaches and a few scholarship offers force Magee to handle the recruiting process along with his other responsibilities.
