Bernard one of many solid prospects at Chandler
Chandler High School is as loaded with Division I football prospects in the 2008 class as just about any school in Arizona. Dion Jordan is one of the top players in the state and numerous others are being actively recruited as well. Harold Bernard, a talented two-way standout, is one such player.
As a junior, the 6-foot-1, 178-pounder had 32 carries for 379 yards four touchdown and seven catches for 89 yards on offense.
Oregon State is aggressively recruiting Bernard and he said he expects they may eventually offer. Colorado, Stanford, Boise State, and Ivy League schools such as Dartmouth, Princeton, and Brown are also sending information.
