Louisiana TE visits Capstone

The state of Louisiana appears to be the stopping point for major college football programs looking for a tight end for 2008. One of the state's best prospects at that position recently swung into Tuscaloosa for a campus visit where he took in practice and spoke with Tide coach Nick Saban.

Branch, a 6-foot-7, 240-pound monster target, is on the first stop of several road trips through the SEC. Next on the list is Ole Miss, who has offered along with LSU, Tennessee and Arkansas.
