Five-star 2009 prospect reflects on NC State visit

Swingman Jordan Hamilton from Dorsey High in Los Angeles figures to be one of the more highly touted prospects in the 2009 class. As a sophomore he averaged 26 points, eight rebounds and seven assists a game. That is part of the reason has already rated him as the No. 14 rising junior in the country.

The 6-foot-7, 190-pounder proved to be no fluke at the Bob Gibbons' Tournament of Champions held over Memorial Day weekend across the Triangle. Hamilton was the leading scorer in the event while playing for Lamar Odom's I-Can All Stars AAU team. He chipped in 27.7 points a game, leading his team to a 2-1 record in a competitive pool.
