Fast-rising cornerback interested in Aggies

It is clear that Texas A&M has made it a priority to find a couple of pure corners in the class of 2008. With one already committed in Paris' Jordan Fields, the Aggie coaches are searching for another one to round out the class.

On Monday, A&M offered Marcus Cromartie of Mansfield Timberview at the position. Well, it seems coach Bob DeBesse did not have to go far to find another possible target.

Terran Benton of Mansfield Summit is a 5-foot-11, 175 pound corner whose stock has been skyrocketing as of late. He has picked up 11 offers already from the likes of Arizona, Wisconsin, Iowa State and Kansas. However, there is one in-state school that he would not mind receiving an offer from.
