2009 star on the Longhorns radar

The Southern California area has long been talked about as a hot bed for basketball prospects. The class of 2009 will keep the talk alive and well with some of the top prospects in the country. Included in the group of talented prospects is small forward Jordan Hamilton.

The 6-foot-7, 200-pound scoring machine is currently the No. 14-ranked prospect in the 2009 class and has done nothing but help his lofty status through the spring and the early part of the summer.

Hamilton's favorites include Texas, N.C. State, USC, UCLA and Florida.
