Cleary talks about Purdue visit
Boasting a 4.0-plus GPA, with a stellar 32 on the ACT, Arlington Heights (Ill.) St. Viator offensive tackle Emmett Cleary clearly has the classroom set as one of his one highest priorities.
And so, the schools the aspiring doctor has favored early in the recruiting process are known not only for football, but also for their academic reputations.
In May, Cleary listed Purdue, Northwestern and Boston College as his top three teams. He has offers from all three schools and was on campus at Purdue this past weekend for the second time this spring.
