Louisville top three with Florida DE

With today's offenses continually progressing towards more spread out attacks, the value of the pass rushing defensive end has increased substantially. Once considered a situational player or third-down plug-in, colleges are now out looking for players with skill sets like that of Naples (Fla.) Golden Gate's Anthony Mains.

Mains checks in at 6-6 and 220 pounds and runs the 40-yard dash in the 4.8 range. As a junior he tallied 67 tackles including 17 for loss and nine sacks. His physical attributes and production have yielded 11 total scholarship offers thus far from the likes of Colorado, Indiana, Louisville, West Virginia and a handful of instate programs.
